You do not have an official ADHD diagnosis from an NHS or private medical professional.

You do not live in Scotland or do not meet residency requirements.

Your ADHD does not significantly impact your ability to manage daily tasks or mobility.

How the Adult Disability Payment Works

The Adult Disability Payment comprises two components:

Daily Living Component

Mobility Component

Helps if you struggle with moving around or planning journeys.

 Payment Rates (as of 2024):
🔹 Living (Standard): £72.65 per week
🔹 Daily Living (Enhanced): £108.55 per week
🔹 Mobility (Standard): £28.70 per week
🔹 Mobility (Enhanced): £75.75 per week

Social Security Scotland sets these rates, which may be subject to change.
