You may qualify for the Adult Disability Payment if:
You have been officially diagnosed with ADHD by a medical professional (NHS or private).
You are between 16 and state pension age and MUST live in Scotland.
Your ADHD symptoms significantly impact your daily life, mobility, or ability to manage tasks.
You require support with personal care, planning journeys, managing money, or daily activities.
You are NOT already receiving an equivalent disability benefit at the highest rate.
You may qualify for the Adult Disability Payment if:
You do not have an official ADHD diagnosis from an NHS or private medical professional.
You do not live in Scotland or do not meet residency requirements.
Your ADHD does not significantly impact your ability to manage daily tasks or mobility.
You are applying on behalf of someone else without legal authority.

🔹 Daily Living (Enhanced): £108.55 per week
🔹 Mobility (Standard): £28.70 per week
🔹 Mobility (Enhanced): £75.75 per week
